Hilda handled all the intricacies of our house sale very smoothly. We would highly recommend her for any residential sales. She was very professional and answered our questions very quickly. She always gave us the reports of what people said when going thru the house and made good suggestions to help sell the house.

Imagine my surprise when I decided to move back to Mansfield after living many years in Florida and Georgia, and becoming reacquainted with Hilda. She and I had both worked for Haring Realty together, but had not seen one another for 30-some years. We picked up where we left off and became friends again. Hilda made my return to Mansfield a smooth transition and a very pleasant one. Whenever I had a question, all I had to do was call her. She always either answered the phone or returned the call as expeditiously as possible. She helped me become familiar with Mansfield once again and was very helpful in finding whatever I needed. Hilda is truly a professional Realtor and works hard to help her clients overcome the many difficult decisions to be made on buying or selling a home. Hilda is a very professional realtor & a caring individual.

Hilda went above and beyond in helping us sell our home! My mother was living in the home and I live out of town, a situation which made things a bit more complicated than usual. Even so, Hilda did a fantastic job of discerning what to communicate with each of us so that we both knew what was happening and what each of us needed to do, but we did not get overwhelmed with information that didn't pertain to us. In addition, Hilda provided excellent referrals for professionals we needed to help us get the home ready for sale. Hilda's service was personal and caring, and she made my mother feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. (My mother lived in her home for over 50 years). She also gave me great guidance and made the process easy for me as an out-of-town seller. I highly recommend Hilda!

Hilda was outstanding! I truly consider her a friend after working with her on the sell of our childhood home. She was responsive to our phone calls, texts and emails and gave us great advice on how to stage. Hilda kept us informed on every showing and their feedback. We had our first offer in 24 hours and then accepted an offer on day 6. I know selling a home is not always this easy but she made it very easy considering this was a very emotional time for our family.

Having known Hilda my entire life the choice of who we could trust when my wife and I were looking for a home was easy. Hilda was patient, informative, and willing to allow us the time to figure out exactly what we wanted for our first home. When the time came for making an offer, Hilda helped guide us through the process (and helped us to remain calm) while also making sure everything was done in a timely fashion. The purchase went so incredibly smoothly that we kept waiting for something to go wrong... Which it never did. Hilda's experience and understanding of the local market were second to none. Hilda was wonderful as we moved to Ohio from Virginia and were on the search for our home. She listened to our needs and went out of her way to meet them. The home we ultimately chose was one that she was able to show us as it was still in the process of listing because of her networking and connections. She obviously cared about us and was very patient with us, giving much needed guidance to help us along the way.
