Hilda (Mueller) Lamp was born in Linz, Austria but at the age of four, she and her family came to America on the Queen Elizabeth passenger liner and moved into their new home in Elgin, IL. When she and her siblings starting entering their teen years, their father, a devout Christian man, felt a calling to move his growing family to Mansfield, OH because he had visited there on several occasions and became acquainted with a vibrant, active church that offered many wholesome youth activities for his children. It was there that Hilda was baptized and met and married her spouse, Phil Lamp. In the span of the next seven years, they welcomed the arrival of their three sons, Matt, Mike, and Justin.

Shortly before the youngest started kindergarten, Hilda was hired by Arnold Haring to work part time at Haring Realty. Within a few years as her boys grew older and became more independent, her position transitioned into full time as Haring Realty’s office manager. When Peter Haring took over the business from his father, Hilda continued on in this role. Also being licensed as a Realtor during this time, she was able to help many of her family and friends sell and buy homes, as well as receive listing and buying referrals from her family and friends.

At the end of December, 2017, Hilda decided it was time to “hang up” her office manager hat and focus solely on selling real estate. She enjoys working with old and young alike and finds great satisfaction when they find their ”dream home”, or are able to sell their current home so that they are able to move on to another phase in their life.

Hilda’s hobbies include spending time with her family (especially with her ten grandchildren), cooking, entertaining, decorating, and traveling. She loves the Mansfield community and is committed to helping it prosper.
